Tonight we had a family dinner with some friends (inspired by the great cast members of the Jersey Shore).
There were definitely too many cooks in the kitchen, but a fantastic Mexican dinner was whipped up!

Do you guys get together with friends to do a family dinner?
Ohh I love the guac. One of my all-time favorite foods. Every week I cook dinner for the BF and I, and since I can't seem to make less than 8 portions of anything his friends always stop by! It's a lot of fun.
